That’s a slider basically.
You can click where it says “May 24” to go to the top, or “1m ago” to go to the bottom.
And along that line, in between.

It took me awhile to find it so don’t feel bad.
Clicking on the Topic Title will also take you tot he top, where it will change to EpiUsers which clicking again takes you back to the homepage.
