Good Received Not Invoiced Matching AP GL Clearing Account

In version 8.03, the report reflects only open po receipts in the date
range you select. Once a receipt has been linked to an invoice, it will
no longer show up on the report, regardless of the date range chosen.

When we run the Goods Received Not Invoiced for a period against the AP
GL Clearing Account set up under AP Accounts the two don't match for the
same periods. I know the report is only looking at PO lines and receipts
versus invoices but I would still expect the two to match. Any thoughts?

If you have to pay for a purchase order, before it is received, that
would affect your reconciliation.
