Handheld Auto Select Transaction

Is there anybody out there using this functionality?

I have set up the warehouse teams, assigned employees and transaction types.

We log in on the handheld, the employee is clearly on a team with specified transactions, we select the auto assign function and nothing comes up.

I go out and specifically assign a warehouse team and nothing comes up.

If I go out and assign a specific employee, the transaction comes up.

I am missing something…anyone have a recommendation?

I had a similar issue on 10.1.400

Did you come up with a work around? Has Epicor acknowledged a bug?

Sorry, I dont recall what the end result was. I just moved on with the 100 other items I had open at the time and forgot about it.

I made a case with Epicor Support. I will keep you posted.

Has anyone figured this out? We are trying to use Teams too and it doesn’t seem to work the way you would think it should.
