I believe RDP is the only official supported method at this point, if there is another way, I’m not familiar with it. You can increase the size of the hand held screen within the RDP session by modifying the config file for that login/user.
<!-- Network traffic compression settings -->
<CompressionEnabled value="false" />
<CompressionLevel value="7" />
<CompressionThreshold value="512" />
<Scale value="1.95" />
The above is a snippet of the configsys file, play with the scale value till you get it where you want.

Subject: [Vantage] Handheld device - Intermec CK3
Is anyone using Intermec's handheld devices such as the CK3 and how have you made the screen more streamlined for user interfacing when entering through the handheld menu screens? When we do a remote desktop connection into the terminal server, the handheld screen in Epicor doesn't maximize to the handheld device's screen or user friendly. Is remote desktop connection into the terminal server the best connection for handheld devices or are there other settings that we are missing to better utilize the handheld devices?
