Harmful effects

I do remember reading one study that stated that exposure to high levels of
nicotine caused microprocessors to run at clock speeds faster than spec. Also,
the nicotine appeared to increase levels of dopamine in the RAM which caused
the internal logic functions to stop when the nicotine was removed for an
extended period of time.

Anyone know of a place on the internet where I could go to get a report
about the harmful effects of nicotine and cigarette smoking on computer
equipment?
I have a office environment where the floppy cables and hard drive
cables inside the computer on the floor are so dark burnt yellow its not
funny.
I just stuck about $2,000 of new equipment in their office and we want
to come up with a company policy to dis allow smoking in the office's

Can you believe we are dealing with something like this in this day and
age?

Thanks
