HDCase.IssueText and Status

Look in the PatchFld table if you’re having trouble finding some data, especially if it is a recent enhancement. That’s Epicor’s catchall location for storing new data before the next major upgrade.

If you are using the workflow, you can then mark the workflow complete and use that field on the table as showing the Case is closed.

I know they added the option in HDCase in the Actions menu to close the case, but was not able to find that field either. The other thing to do would be to put a UDCheckbox on the case and used that in your BAQ/Dashboard as to whether the case is open or closed.

IssueSummary and IssueText are 1 field in database (HDCase.Description).
IssuaSummary appears first, with a newline separating them.

For case status, I just use HDCase.CompletionDate, it's NULL if the case
is open.

Description, tech help HDCase.IssueText is stored. It is not a field in
the HDCase table so it must be part of the HDCase view but I am unable
