when we were demo'ing the product configurator, I entered temporary
codes into a TEST system.
When we were within a week of expiration, I entered my original codes
without any problems. The product configurator
was gone after I entered the original codes.
BUT....I was the only one in the system at that time. I would contact
tech support and get an official word from them.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.

We asked for and received a set of Temp codes to evaluate MRP... we got them
and put them in our test company. The 30 days have expired and we went in
to put our original codes in and we are locked out. If a user gets off they
will not be able to get back in to the live company. EPICOR is closed for
the holiday. Anyone have any idea how we can fix this with out Epicor
giving us some kind of code?

You should be able to enter your original codes.

We get a screen that tells us we are locked up and must call support and it
also the error: license information has been corrupted.
It also gives us two fields Field 1: 0002453424 and Field 2: 0000046985. It
has a place for us to type in a response.

Colette,
If you are logged in as administrator you should be able to go to System
Management/Configuration Maintenance/License
and enter the codes you entered when you first installed your current
version.
Obviously you will need access to the system management module.

You should be able to go to System Management/Configuration
Maintenance/License with a user that is already in (and has access) and
enter your old codes.

It will not let me in the Test Company at all. I do have VANTAGE live
company open and it is ok as long I don't log out. If I do I will not be
able to get back in. Can I re-enter those codes in the live company and
have that work... as Shirley says "put the earth back together"?
