Subject: [Vantage] Help for Vantage 6.1 and Windows 7 X 64
Does anyone know how to get Vantage 6.1 help working with Windows 7 X64?
I created/modified the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestr
icti
ons
value to
added new string value
UrlAllowList"="V:\\mfgsys61\HELP\\vnhelp_enu.chm;file://; <file:///\\;>
<file:/// <file:///\\> \\;>
[file://; <file:///\\;> <file:/// <file:///\\> \\;> ]"
this is the exact string I entered. I played around with quotes and
brackets,
but nothing works.
I also played around with MaxAllowedZone dword values. still does not
work.
thanks for any help on resolving this.
