Help with UPS World track and Vantage

Thank you Shirley. I added some memory and upgraded to Win98. Problem went
away. As it turns out I gave slightly incorrect info though. It is
actually World Ship by UPS that we are using. But for the good of anyone
that cares I thought I would let you all know that this solution works. Our
shipping guy can now put down the box knife and go back to shipping.
Thanks.
PS original problem was a large "!" when trying to print after installing
UPS World Ship on a Win95 Vantage3 system.

Try upgrading your operating system to Windows 98 current release or windows
NT. Keep in mind that Windows 95 is a CONSUMER product. (So is Windows
98). In truth your best bet is go NT. But I digress, I also run World
track UPS software with Vantage 3.0. Its been faultless for a couple of
years. The Machine with the world track is a Windows 98 machine. Windows
95 degrades overtime. If you are a heavy user expect to reinstall the
operating system.

I installed world track on the shipping computer (Win95B sr1) running
vantage 3.?? Now when you leave the computer for several minutes and come
back to print you get a large ! and that is it. I installed it on a second
computer with the same general configuration and got the same results. Then
I uninstalled it from the second computer and the problem remains. Can
someone help me figure out the solution to this before shipping boxes me up
and sends me away? Please.
