Got ahead of myself with first reply. How about just hiding the
value's in the tracker to show ONLY members of a certain group using
ExtendedProps method?

I've had to do similar things and needed to create a customization that
detects the GROUP versus locking down to just a specific USER. I like
doing it via the group because let's face it, companies have turn over.
Few questions first.
1) Are there only CERTAIN or SPECIFIC PO's that need to be flag?
Meaning some PO's only certain users can see, others not? Accommodate
this with a checkbox (Boolean) UD field on the POHeader table.
2) Maybe create a Dashboard with accommodating BAQ that lists all PO's
WHERE this UD value is TRUE?
That's just a quick idea, but would need a little more information.

We use contract labor and their labor rates are typically much higher
than our full-time employees. With everybody having access to PO
Tracker, this allows everybody to see sensitive informaion, with the
added disadvantage of making some disgruntled. Is there a way to flag a
PO so that only certain users/groups can see it? I suppose this might
even apply to supplier tracker.
Thanks
