We are in search of a “super-user” for our Prophet 21 system. We have a user base of 450-500 users.
This would be an entirely new role for us and for immediate hire consideration.
Job description highlights as follows:
- A liaison between end-user application of P21 in multiple departments (Finance, Purchasing, Operations) and our IT Department.
- Act as the advocate, translator, and advisor for the field level business stakeholders to the IT department and be their representative in driving system initiatives, process improvements, modifications, updates, and implementation.
- Handle the bulk of our practical application ERP support/guidance request coming in from throughout the company (support not related to function and integrity of ERP which would remain under IT)
- They would handle periodic training, mostly via an on-line environment but could require travel for heavy on-boarding situations such as new location launch or acquisition
- Also, ancillary capabilities they may bring to the table such as experience with other useful platforms and/or experience with P21 application specifically in a distribution environment.
Ideally, this person would sit in Metro Detroit, but I am open to having conversations with anyone interested in the position.
