Holiday Calendar 9.05.700C SQL

Ok, so I can turn days on and off but, is there some way to know it is a holiday instead of a Saturday or Sunday off?

According to Epicor Help it says to set up a dynamic calendar for Holidays. We don't have dynamic calendar under AR, setup. Are we missing something or is there another way to set up holidays for use in production and payroll?
