First I will explain the case that I experienced when I made a report in ssrs, when I used the baq report in epicor why I could only use one dataset when in ssrs . Even though I want to make a different query from one table to another. Is there a way to create new queries in different baqs to be combined in one report? Please help so I can combine 2 different baq into one report.

You should check out EpicWeb. Look at the Documentation section. There are tons of PDFs with useful reference information. There is a User Guide called EpicorERPImplementation. Look at the Report Data Definitions chapter. That should get you pretty close. Post back with any specific questions!
