when you add subassembly 1 make it "related to" op 30 of assembly 0 and then it will schedule as you have shown below. If we are building extra for inventory we add inventory demand link. If we are running extra of a specific subassembly because we think we may need extras for the job, we add an overrun qty on that. If we are running extras for a few operations that we think we may scrap, we add a scrap qty onto those operations.

I want to my sub assembly to start a week earlier than my top assembly.
They also asked how can we drive to build more than what the Order states.
So if I enter an order for 100, I want to build 2 to inventory. I was thinking a BPM on JobHead Update to look for that PN and then take the Order Demand + add 2 Inventory Demand.
