How can we create RMA for job material part

We have a part that is listed under a manufactured part, how can we create an RMA for that part linking it to the job, not the Sales Order?

RMA is authorization for a customer to return a part, which means it was shipped on a sales order. If it isn’t shipped then there is nothing to return.

Are you looking for a Non-Conformance maybe?

The Part is shipped within a manufactured part as shown on the job tracker below

The customer want to return that specific part only, how can we link the RMA to that part?

I see.

You can still do an RMA without referencing a Sales Order and receive that part by itself. You may want to note the order/job information in the notes if it’s not linked to a case. You would then just receive the part and use Inspection Processing to dispose as usual.
