It may take a while for someone with the service module to see this, and to have the time and willingness to answer this question. We are all regular people with day jobs here.
If you need a prompt answer, you will probably need to call Epicor and explain why its an emergency.
If its not urgent, you should put in a ticket with Epicare. (Who might say its a feature and not a bug..)
Another suggestion - put a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to select a closed record and print it . . . even people who don’t have the module may be able to make a suggestion based on the screenshot. Without that no idea what you are even looking at.
