How do I create a new blank database?

I am new to Vantage. We just had it installed earlier today via a
Remote technician. As part of their install they installed the 4 base
databases, mfgsys803, mfgtrain803, mfgPilot803, and mfgTest803.
However, I have the need for an additional database and I cannot find
any documentation on how to do this anywhere. Therefore, does anyone
have a fairly detailed procedure on how to do this? I would
appreciate it greatly!

MSSQL 2005 SP2 x64
Vantage 803.404B
OpenEdge 10.1B
