If I remember correctly its 4GB total between the t-log and the DB file
itself so if you truncate off the t-log in SQL maybe that will free up some
space.

Thanks to all. I tried to delete the document tracking process, but was
denied. I may have to reboot.
It also brings to mind an issue I have run into; the SC database gets full
(we're using the free 4GB MS SQL) and processes won't run. What's the best
way to purge the datbase, and how do we keep it from filling up?
Thanks,
Jim Pratt
