How do you see if a PO was created from a suggestion or just manually entered?

Is there a reliable way to see if a specific PO was created from a PO Suggestion versus just manually creation?

If you have change logs on your POs and the PO has multiple lines, you can look at the time stamps each new line was created. If they are all within a second or two you know it was generated from a suggestion (or from CTP) vs being manually entered.
