How do you void a tag in count tag entry in Epicor 9

We use Void_CycleCount to essentially complete the CC, but then we have to change he posting status of the parts, if not they will not be selected in future CC  FX_Upd_CCDtl_PostStatus.r

The only other way is to get a FIX PRogram from Epicor called Fix_Void_CycleCount.  This allows you to delete cycle counts.

Per E9 manual:  Count or blank tags cannot be deleted or voided in Count Tag Entry. They can only be voided using the Void Tags by Part or Void Blank Tags selections in the Count Cycle Maintenance Actions menu.

I see no option to void a tag in count tag entry although the help says I should be able to.  Under the “actions” menu, it shows just a blank in Count Entry…

Kristine, is that the “only” way?  In Vantage 8, there was option to void the tag as you were entering it into the system…
