Just consider the Job data as a “Working copy” of the BOM/MOM… the Part data is where you copy your details from.
Each job stands on its own. You can tweak the job materials and operations in the job as desired.
Job Travelers in base epicor does NOT go back to PartOpr / PartMtl… they get all their data from JobOper/JobMtl since that is the current version for this job.
@Ernie I have had to explain “Pull As Assembly” and “Phantoms” so many times, it has become become rote memory for me.
