Just duplicating the part number field isn't enough, you'll have to make a new formula field.
You will have to make a string, concatenating asterisks on each end of the part number string.
Something like: "*" + {part.partnum} + "*"
Then place that field, change its font to the Dataworks one and you're good to go.
