How to allow users to create new instance of a form

Hi Guys,
I’ve designed a form and want to give my user access to create content from it.
they can see the form in the forms library but they can only view it there is no button to “create new content from form” button.
does anyone know what security setting it is to allow users to create new content from a form?

Should be the “Add To” right for that form’s security class.
