can we archive the old data in the MPS Entry module?

What do you mean by archive? Do you mean Delete old MPS Entries?

yes… two things.

  1. How to find out what data is loaded in MPS?
  2. How to Delete them?

Out of the box answer:

  1. Open MPS Entry and Print the MPS from the Actions menu.
  2. Once you have the Part with MPS, you can recall it in MPS Entry and delete whichever entries you wish. I’m pretty sure that an MPS Entry drops off after you pass the Due Date, if it’s not fulfilled.
