We have some materials partly used for sales and partly used for rental ,Does epicor support this business ? if Yes, How to deal with rental related business processes in Epicor 10, like how to create Sales order, how to ship and return material and charge etc. or anyone has a good idea on this, thanks in advance.
@Davie.Qin - We started doing rental’s earlier this year. Sell the item on a sales order. Ship it with customer shipment entry, return it with an RMA, put it back into inventory, and repeat.
