How to do a Price surcharge?

You can do a miscellaneous charge on your Sales Orders and I think you
can add it to the line itself.

With the rapid increae in steel prices, we are being forced to either
add a surcharge, or to increase prices.

I can handle a price increase, but how would I go about adding a
surcharge to all or most items? Some items would be 10% (if they are
an all steel item, some might be 5% if they have less steel.)

We are on Vantage 803.404B, having gone live Jan 1, 2008.
