I am using Epicor Kinetic and I want to install MES on an Android Tab. Could any body please guide me what I have to do.

Use Web Access in you Android browser. If you are using cloud is is something like :
https://yourserver.epicorsaas.com/SaaSxxx/Apps/ERP/Home/#/Home?mode=MES
