How to make database views available to use in External BAQ

Anyone has experience in making database views (not tables) available to use in External BAQ? Please help.

What do you need to know? It’s defo possible, I use it for a couple of things.

Steps

  1. External Datasource (configured the link to SQL DB)
  2. Company Maintenance - on the BAQ External Datasource tab, tick the box for the newly created Datasource
  3. External Business Activity Query screen - create your BAQ, selecting the Datasource link created above.
