How to make report options should not be left blank

Hi, All

I am new to epicor. I had create the BAQ report to print all the part numbers. it works fine but if i left the part number field is empty then it will print all the parts. How to make part number (report options) should not be leave as blank before the print preview. Please assist me how to achieve this.
