How to Open Attached Documents in Epicor Cloud Version

Dear All

In Epicor Kinetic Cloud Version , in UD Screen for each entry , I am attaching an document. In order to view the same , i will click the attachment icon, and system will provide the option to view/download/open that attachment.

Instead of this approach, I need to add a button in the same UD screen and while clicking the button, need to open that attachment data…

Since we are in cloud, need to know where this document will get saved… Will it get saved in any table or any location??

Please let me know whether this can be done in Epicor Cloud…

It’s going to be stored as a link or to a cloud service.

You’ll have to check the attachment type settings and let us know how it is set up.
