How to view entire method all at once

There are times I will need to present a method to individual to sign off on (he needs to see the method before we use the method to make a Job). As he is from the outside I’d prefer not to try to explain to him to view in methods each operation then scroll to Comment to view the operation text. I’d prefer to have 1 sheet of paper to present entire method including all operations and op. texts at once. How can I do this?
