We’re not getting much valuable support through Epicare, which is why I’m turning here.
Doesn’t this error point to a system config issue that would be out of our control in a cloud environment? We are periodically receiving this message for all users.
Support is leading us down a path of looking at baq’s, but based on some of the other posts with similar issues, this seems more like a them issue than an us issue.
That just means that your use account in Epicor just does not have access, of course it’s now a catch 22. You can’t login to add the group to your user account because of the error…
I was able to get permissions, and clicked all over the place for about 30 minutes. I never saw anything related to downloading log files. There was some server log option in Kinetic that has 10MB files we could download. Those pointed out a few areas of concern but not the smoking gun… which we discovered was some scheduled task.
Check your deployment status detail. If you don’t see anything there then I’d start first with a restart of your instance that you are having trouble with… You should get a notification when it is completed or goes into error as well as seeing progress of the restart.
