Getting a login error " Ice.Lib.SynergySvc" I know this is related to collaborate… can’t access collaborate management. All users getting are getting this. I’m assuming an issue with the service.
Any else getting this issue? Any ideas? (on-prem).
Looks like it was an issue with Collaborate and Epicor Cloud. This issue has resolved itself when the Collaborate Servers came back online (or were reachable).
Not documented on their Status page for you, right?
Had an EDI issue with them last week that left us down for 3h in the middle of a business day. Never updated that page until after we were back up - and they still haven’t provided an RFO.
Why have it if it isn’t going to be kept current?
