I am upgrading 10.1.600 to 10.2.400 and I have noticed that the only way i can run ServiceDesigner is if the msbuild libraries are installed in the Global Assembly Cache. This is a problem as we use Visual Studio quite heavily and this stops our normal builds from happening so we have to install to use ServiceDesigner and uninstall to use Visual Studio.
Anyone else have similar issues?
