Might be too basic, but summarizing and grouping on a grid view and the Named Search option.

Hey.... I’m holding a quick general training class tomorrow for my users. I’m covering some basic navigation, tricks/tips (memory caching, auto fill, etc)......

I’m curious: if YOU held the class, what topics might you cover?

Again, I’m thinking like:

-Favorites
-Navigation (context menus)
-Screen memory caching
-Personalizations
-Hot Keys
-Global options/settings
-Form load search launch
....

Running out of ideas.......... anybody have any input that may be helpful?

I would be sure to make sure everyone understands that adding things like a personalization can slow down screen load time when first opened.

Also, make sure people do not memory cache too many screens, doing so can bring their system to almost a screeching halt if they do so.

Report Styles drop down box = not only the default option exists…
System Monitor – to verify your report is active or completed or completed with errors (no records selected error) or print services stopped (many items in scheduled area, Immediate run request)
