Identity of Workstation

Hi Carl,

>Is there a way to get the current workstation ID?
Did you find any more about this?

I see CUR-WORKSTATIONID is listed in a tech tip but...
not working on either V8 or E9 that I tried.

However... I do see a WorkstationID in my traces:
- Epicor.Mfg.BO.ReportMonitor
- GetRowsKeepIdleTime
- Epicor.Mfg.BO.ReportMonitorDataSet
- <parameter name='whereClauseSysRptLst'
........ WorkStationID ='D2003 1'
- ]]></parameter>

I'm trying to unravel a printing issue, I don't think workstation has anything to do with my problem but now I'm pretty curious

Thanks

In BPM's DCD-USERID returns the current user ID. Is there a way to get the current workstation ID?
CUR-WORKSTATIONID is a valid variable (the compiler doesn't complain) but there is no value there.

I'm now suspecting that I have to do some sort of call to get it.

P.S.
I checked my user setup, workstation was blank.
I selected a workstation and saved the user record.
When I reopen the user record, the workstation field is blank.
So... something missing in my setup?
