Idling in Vantage

Testimonials aren't what I need in this case. What I need is something
documented by Epicor/Vantage about the potential for problems idling in
Terminal Server while connected to Vantage.

for 75% of the day and would like to have some sort of documentation to
show them that they shouldn't be doing that. Apparently my
