Ignoring Characters in Barcode

What barcode scanner do you have? Some have a DataWedge or EasySet app you can configure your handheld to do exactly that. We use it often to ignore AIAG Label Prefixes.

CK75 Scanners - Skipping a prefix

Yes the CK75 Handhelds atleast w/ Intermec have a software called “EasySet” which lets you programming skipping prefixes, post-fixes, etc… on your computer it then generates a barcode, you scan it and the Handheld programs itself.
