Are we downloading items that are already in the Qlik datastore?
Can you do smaller more frequent downloads?
Can you split up the download into multiple smaller downloads and reassemble the results in the Qlik datastore?
Or it was always performing badly and others sharing your instance have been feeling the pain and now Epicor started to throttle these kinds of queries in 2024.1.
Maybe start a new thread posting the business objective and maybe the BAQ and see what the people here can come up with. If indeed Epicor is starting to throttle heavy BAQs, it would be instructive to others who will have this happen to them as well. Just a thought.
Appears support found the issue and pushing a fix in the .13 release. Guess they are not going after us noisy folks yet. Going to be interesting to see if we get them to push a minor but we are usually SOL until the next scheduled cadence.
I mentioned it above. We had some queries start giving us errors and timing out as soon as the we went live on 2024.1 Never had issues before with them.
