Bringing up the Kinetic In-App help is only showing me “Courses” - no “Articles”, “Videos”, “Guided”, etc.
In the network call, I can see that Epicor’s requesting all types, but the server is only returning “ImsTraining”.
Affecting all Cloud environments (prod + non-prod) Anyone else?
I was seeing the same thing yesterday and thought I was losing my mind. No matter what I typed in, I’d get “Courses” that when clicked, lead to a 404 error. It looks like it’s fixed this morning for us.
