I have some GL Accounts that I don’t use any longer. I see that I can uncheck the Active box on the GL Account. However, when I run the trial balance, this account is still showing up. Does anyone know how to get inactive accounts to not show up on the trial balance?

You could use the standard segment filter and only select Active accounts, I know that isn’t a quick fix, but it would work. Alternatively a custom SSRS would do the trick.
