Epicor rolled out some updates to the Incoterms feature last November, adding a couple of new fields: Incoterms and Location. Have any of you started using these yet? I’m really curious to see how you’ve woven them into your workflows.
For me, having these fields at the header level rather than on each line has been a bit of a headache. It’s tricky when we’ve got SOs with multiple items stored in different spots. Same thing with the freight terms—just having “Collect” and “Prepaid” feels way too limiting.
How has your experience been with this feature? Have you discovered any effective strategies or solutions? Or perhaps you are encountering similar challenges?
