Anyone looking for Insights Thursday night rooms at the conference rate - there are more available as of 3/12. I tried to book a room yesterday on 3/11 and they were all sold out at the conference rate for Thursday. I ran across the below post this morning and read where @chaddb had emailed Insights in February and they added more rooms…so I also emailed Insights this morning, 3/12 and they contracted more rooms. So glad I ran across this post as the non-conference rates for rooms at the Gaylord are big $$$. Looking forward to meeting some of my fellow Epiusers at the conference as this will be my first!
Pretty riduculous this happened in the first place.
What kind of convoluted system does the hotel have?
The event is from x date to x date… If you have rooms and the code… sell rooms at x rate. Sounds pretty straightforward… but obviously not.
Reservation system just got updated to Linux. 
Glad they were able to add more rooms, again!
