We have Insite and bought the Endicia (Dazzle) software. We did our first shipment. We have Epicor 9.05.605 and shipped through Customer Shipments entry. We received a tracking number.
Waiting for an ship notification to be sent but, nothing happened.
Called Insite and asked how do the email notification on shipment, failure and delivery get sent?
I guess this does not happen with Endicia - which is now a 4th party software.
Has anyone used this product? Have any work arounds? Or please tell me this is not true.
