Insite Manifest - Can you add new fields to ZPL labels?

Hi,

I am looking to send some fields from OrderHed and ShipDtl to the USP and Fedex labels, but I see that a ZPL file gets generated with the out of the box fields, is it possible to customize it in order to add the new fields?
