I have some parts that require multiple inspections during the manufacturing process and these are critical, is there a way to put a hard stop in place in case any of these inspections fail?
I already set up our inspection plans for this, but at the end of the operation at MES, the user is allowed to click ‘OK’ without any inspection data and this will cause a lot of problems.
I used to create an operation called Inspection and then create a BPM that blocks that user from starting the next operation until the inspection operation is completed. Maybe you can create a BPM to check if there is inspection data before starting the next operation.
