Inspection Plans being added to new part methods automatically - how is this happening?

We are finally working on setting up our Inspection Plans in E10.1.600.37 and we are seeing that an Inspection Plan is being added to new parts, even though the part number does not match any of the part numbers that have attributes set up for them (it’s pulling in plans for those older part numbers). We are not sure what is causing this.

Any ideas???

I found the culprit…the Inspection Plans were added to one of our main operations in Operation Maintenance. I removed it from there and that fixed the issue.
