Integrating 3rd Party Applications

Christopher,

I suggest you demo the .net, and database calls in the workflows. Also, how a workflow may be able to be started with an email. We currently own Service Connect and these are topics that I do not have the knowledge at this time to use these options. Plus, we are on Vantage 8.03.409C, so some of these options are not yet available.

We do use Service Connect to extract hours for an outside payroll program.

FYI,
Karen

Subject: [Vantage] Integrating 3rd Party Applications

Are any of you integrating 3rd party applications with Vantage like a CRM or PLM or other application? For those of you that have 3rd party applications that haven't, would you like to? I am working on putting together another Service Connect class for the next Epicor Insights and wanted to get some ideas on what those that would attend on what they would like to see in that type of class. I presented at this past Insights conference on Service Connect and would like to base this class on examples of what ideas that might help you with your business with examples of what we have already done, as we use Service Connect Extensively and integrate several 3rd party applications. Thanks.

We do a lot of integration but usually bypass Service Connect and go
straight to BO's
