Hello I am trying to setup intercompany translations for the most part it works however.
Company A the main company has parts setup as COUNT under UOMClassID
Company B the receiving company has parts setup as SZT under UOMClassID
I have setup the below translation on company B however the part’s still error when I update them I have to manually release them from the integrated table workbench by changing UOMClassID to SZT then it disappears
We do that with Company A parts are manufactured and in Company B parts are purchased.
Did you look to see if you have it set to keep in sync in the global table?
That field is not included in our options in the global table to keep resending.
Hello Lindsay pass we are on 10.2.700 and to my knowledge it looks setup fine however still crashes when im in company B I can see it stuck in integrated table workbench I can then manually change UOMClassID to SZT press register then it goes through
I see in your setup you have a from value, I found in our testing that didn’t make a difference but that would have been on 2022.2. Similarly flagging as default seemed to help make sure that it passed the change through. We do a similar thing with the same two companies where one doesn’t have a part default tax category and the other does.
