Ditto on the Z4M. Replaced one print head once (after several years of
use) on the two we have. Very little care required (or ever given). Very
easy to print from RB or Crystal...we just treat them like a laser
printer with small sticky pages. ;) We do Direct Termal so Thermal
Transfer (with ribbon film) might require occasional head cleaning but
that's easy to do.

We have had very good luck with Zebra Z4M+ printers. Very reliable, and
don't need a lot of extra care.

Hell guys!
Most of the time I just read the message you send and I have learned a
lot.
However, this time I have a question. We are using intermec printers,
mostly Intermec 3400e, to print labels on the production floor. We
feel they are pain to maintain and expensive to service. Are there any
alternatives to intermec, or maybe newer models?
Any suggestion appreciated.
Thank you,
